These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access and use of broadband services provided by PI Networks, a registered brand under Sindhu Fiber Private Limited.

1. Service Overview

PI Networks offers high-speed Fiber-to-Home (FTTH) broadband connections across Sindhudurg district, including Kankavli, Malvan, Devgad, Sawantwadi, and nearby towns.
Connection availability and speed depend on local infrastructure and feasibility.

2. Installation & Equipment

• Installation charges are applicable based on the customer’s location and plan type.

• Equipment (router, ONU, etc.) remains the property of PI Networks unless purchased separately.

• The customer must maintain equipment safely and in proper working condition.

3. Service Maintenance

Scheduled maintenance or network upgrades may cause temporary downtime, for which PI Networks shall not be held responsible.
All efforts will be made to restore services promptly.

4. Fair Usage Policy (FUP)

To ensure consistent network performance, PI Networks follows a Fair Usage Policy, which limits excessive data usage beyond defined plan limits.

5. User Obligations

• The user must not share, resell, or misuse the connection.

• Any violation or suspicious activity may lead to disconnection without refund.

6. Liability Limitation

PI Networks shall not be responsible for loss of data, service interruption, or damages arising from electrical issues, acts of nature, or misuse.
