Welcome to PI Networks, operated by Sindhu Fiber Private Limited.
By using our broadband and internet services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.

1. Service Usage

• Users agree to use PI Networks broadband services only for lawful purposes.

• Any misuse, illegal downloads, or activities violating Indian laws or TRAI regulations may result in suspension or termination of services without notice.

2. Damage Disclaimer

The service provider shall not be responsible for any damage caused by lightning, thunder, electrical current fluctuations, or other natural or accidental causes affecting equipment or service continuity.

3. Warranty

Any warranty for routers, modems, or other supplied equipment is provided solely by the manufacturer.
The service provider (PI Networks / Sindhu Fiber Pvt. Ltd.) does not provide or extend any warranty on behalf of the manufacturer.

4. Payment Policy

All payments once made are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
Please ensure all details are verified before completing your payment.

5. Billing Terms

• All internet plans are prepaid, requiring 100% advance payment as per the invoice before service activation.

• Non-payment or delay in renewal may lead to temporary disconnection of service.

• Plan prices, offers, and validity are subject to change without prior notice.

6. Complaint Handling

• Customers may register service complaints between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday).

• Complaints received beyond this period will be addressed on the next working day.

• Emergency issues outside these hours will be attended to at the provider’s discretion.

7. User Responsibility

Customers are responsible for maintaining their internal network and ensuring the safety of their router and cables.
Note: Please disconnect your internet cable when not in use to prevent damage due to electrical surges.

8. Limitation of Liability

PI Networks will not be liable for interruptions or downtime caused by maintenance, power failure, or external network issues.
In no case shall the company’s liability exceed the amount paid by the customer for the last active billing period.
