At PI Networks, we strive to deliver reliable broadband connectivity and customer satisfaction.
However, as broadband connections are infrastructure-based and prepaid, our refund policy is as follows:
Installation, activation, or cabling charges are non-refundable once service work begins or equipment is installed.
All broadband plans are prepaid. Once activated, the plan cost is non-refundable and non-transferable.
No refunds are issued for partial or unused plan durations.
If a duplicate payment or failed transaction occurs, customers may request verification via pinetworks09@gmail.com
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days after confirmation.
If a user wishes to discontinue service, they must notify PI Networks in writing or by call.
Pending balances or advance deposits may be refunded at the company’s discretion after deducting setup costs.
Refunds, if applicable, will be made via the same payment method used (UPI, bank transfer, etc.).
